About the experience "Preparation of Fresh Pasta"

Kneading is one of the gestures that most reconnects us with the world and helps lighten our thoughts, our stress and fatigue.

This experience takes place in a traditional pasta factory, where you'll learn how to make fresh homemade pasta. In Gragnano, a small town south of Naples, exists an enchanting way of life, in which the wisdom of the tradition of pasta is intertwined with the everyday life of the local inhabitants.

You'll prepare the celebrated regional macaroni in a typical workshop, one dedicated to the artisanal creation of pasta. The workshop is located in the same space where, for centuries, wheat has been milled and then made into pasta.
With your very own hands, you'll combine flour and eggs in a rhythmic and harmonious movement. The rolling pin then dances over the dough, and the sheet of pasta begins to shape.
All negative thought becomes positive, and the gesture of massaging the pasta becomes a mode of tension release. A small moment to dedicate to yourself, or give to loved ones.

You'll learn about Italian tradition, whilst absorbing the pleasant and familial atmosphere.
