An experience with you as protagonist, accompanied by Carlo, a typical Neapolitan "Pizzaiolo", who will reveal to you the secrets of the famous Neapolitan Pizza.
You will have the chance to prepare something unique, since real pizza is not only food, sustenance, but also symbol and ritual. Food of the poor and of the noble. A festive disc of dough, colored deep red. But it is also something more than a mixture of water and flour: pizza cannot simply be cooked. It is created with the hands and the skill of the palms.
You will live the experience in a perfect historical location for the organization of corporate team building, in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore in the heart of the historic center, you will become a Neapolitan pizza maker, where a personalized apron and rolling pin will be at your disposal. You will prepare the dough with your hands in the flour to learn the correct consistency, spreading and shaping it on the very counter of the pizza maker. After covering it with tomato, Campana bufala mozzarella, basil and olive oil, and being overpowered by its aroma, you will be ready to bake it. You yourself will watch it while it is cooking, adjusting its position, controlling the temperature and observing it rise, accompanying it to its state of perfection...
After having respected the process of cooking, everyone will get to enjoy the result of their work: Neapolitan pizza in all its freshness.
The experience culminates with sitting around the table, enjoying the wonderful dishes prepared.
At the end of the experience, a copy of the prepared recipe will be issued, allowing you to deposit it in your suitcase of experiences, and which you can share with your friends.
