  • How to make a booking with the Tourist Experience?

    When you book an Experience with Tourist Experience, you are making an agreement to live the 'Experience' with 'Locals' (Event coordinators). Every Local has their own way for you to get involved in the Experience.


    1. Find the right experience for you.

    With unique Experiences available, make sure the one you choose is right for you.

    When looking for the type of Experience, consult and enter the dates in which you want to participate and the total number of people. Read the reviews and the description of the Experience and which services are available. You can always contact Tourist Experience for any questions.


    2. Book!

    You found the perfect Experience, now it's time to formalize it! Follow the instructions of Tourist Experience to complete the booking.

    To send a reservation request:

    1. In the description of the experience, click on 'Booking', and the follow the steps, inserting payment details and accepting the terms and conditions.

    2. Wait for your voucher, which is then presented to your Local at the start of the Experience. Your booking code will be found on the voucher.

     

    Group Bookings

    If you are with a group of friends, Tourist Experience, for some Experiences, allows you to book for groups at a discount.

    To send a reservation request for groups:

    1. In the description of the experience, click on 'Group Booking', and the follow the steps, inserting payment details and accepting the terms and conditions.

    2. Wait for your voucher, which is then presented to your Local at the start of the Experience. Your booking code will be found on the voucher.

     

    When your request is accepted, 20% of the reservation is immediately charged.

    The remaining part you will pay directly to the Local at completion of the Experience.

     

    3. Present your voucher

    Before living the Experience remember to bring your booking voucher and submit it to the Local.

  • Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

    How can I cancel my reservation?

     To do so: please contact us: info@touristexperience.net indicating the booking code

     

    Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

    It is possible to ask for a refund, equal to the 80% of the payment made, only when the cancellation is made until 24 hours before the experience reserved begins. After this deadline, there will be no refund.

  • Can children participate in experiences if accompanied by an adult?

    Tourist Experience offers some types of Experiences in which children can also be the protagonists.

    In the description of the Experience, read the requirements specified by the Local for the participants.

  • What requirements should I be aware of before booking an Experience?

    Tourist Experience offers you unique Experiences related to the history and culture of a city, without needing special requirements.
